1. Delivery Charges We strive to keep our delivery costs as low as possible for our customers.

• Free Delivery: We offer FREE Home Delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

• Standard Delivery: For orders below Rs. 5,000, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation.

• Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3 to 5 working days nationwide.

• Sale Periods: During sales, festivals, or public holidays, delivery may take slightly longer (5-7 working days) due to high order volume.

3. Order Confirmation (Important) To ensure the authenticity of orders and avoid returns, we perform a verification process.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may receive a verification Call or WhatsApp/SMS from our customer support team.

• Your order will only be shipped after this confirmation. Unverified orders may be cancelled or delayed.

4. Courier Partners We work with trusted logistics partners (such as Trax, TCS, Leopards, or Call Courier) to ensure your parcel reaches you safely and on time.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS or Email. You can use this number to track the live status of your shipment on the courier’s website.

6. International Shipping Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan. For international inquiries, please contact our support team on WhatsApp.
